The Vegan Safe Complete Basic Program by Dr. med. Michalzik is subject to strict German regulatory oversight. Manufactured using gentle production technologies without heat formation and without any processing aids, including those not required to be declared on packaging. Free from nanoparticles, such as in microcrystalline cellulose.

No industrially produced anti-caking agent silicon dioxide (silica)
Biotikon uses no silicon dioxide or silica (SiO₂, E551) as an anti-caking agent. Stiftung Warentest states these may contain nanoparticles. The use of silicon dioxide in dietary supplements is discouraged. Bio Suisse has revoked approval for silica. Silica from horsetail is not to be confused with industrially produced silica.

No aluminum!
Many supplement manufacturers use aluminum to seal containers. This so-called induction sealing involves heating an aluminum foil with a high-frequency electromagnetic field. We deliberately do not use this method!

No talc!
The separating and lubricating agent talc, used in the production of tablets and capsules, may contain asbestos fibers. Biotikon completely avoids the use of separating and lubricating agents in capsule production.

Vegan Safe Omega-3

Dr. med. Michalzik’s Vegan Safe Omega-3 contains ultra-pure microalgae oil, rich in DHA and EPA. Many plant-based Omega-3 products contain only DHA. Vegan Safe Omega-3 provides 390–780 mg of DHA and an additional 150–300 mg of EPA per daily dose.

Algae oil contains other Omega-3 fatty acids in addition to DHA and EPA. This results in a total amount of 570 mg Omega-3 fatty acids from a purely plant-based source per capsule.

For a long time, a plant-based alternative that contained both DHA and the important EPA was sought. Vegan Safe Omega-3 from the microalgae Schizochytrium offers both DHA and EPA in high concentration.

DHA and EPA contribute to the maintenance of normal heart function. This effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA and EPA.
