First Aid is a completely novel wound care. Our patented hexagonal water is combined with panthenol. It does not contain any preservatives, thus can be sprayed onto the wound directly without any burning sensation and is also easily spread over the wound if required.

Hexagonal water is alkaline by nature and thus has a disinfecting effect. The combination with panthenol is optimal for rapid wound healing with reduced scarring. First Aid is also suitable for minor burns and sunburn.
