Payment and dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply:
The products are delivered all over the world.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €5 per order.
From an order value of €70 onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the order value (gross product value):
Zone 1:
• Switzerland, Austria, United Kingdom, Germany and EU countries: Shipping is free for orders with a value of €70 or more; otherwise €5
Zone 2:
• Shipping is free for orders with a value of €200 or more; otherwise €5.
Zone 3:
• Shipping is free for orders with a value of €400 or more; otherwise €80.
Zone 4:
• Shipping is free for orders with a value of €500 or more; otherwise €100.
Zone 1 (EU) including Switzerland and the United Kingdom (GB):
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland), Estonia, Finland (excluding the Åland Islands), France (excluding overseas territories and departments), Greece (excluding Mount Athos), United Kingdom (GB, excluding the Channel Islands), Ireland, Italy (excluding Livigno and Campione d'Italia), Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (excluding non-European territories), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta + Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus/Republic (excluding the northern part), including Switzerland
Zone 2 (Europe outside the EU):
Åland Islands (Finland), Andorra, Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Mount Athos (GR), Bosnia and Herzegovina, Campione d'Italia (IT), Ceuta (E), Faroe Islands (DK), Georgia, Gibraltar (GB), Greenland (DK), Guernsey (GB), Iceland, Jersey (GB), Canary Islands (E), Kazakhstan, Kosovo (Serbian province), Liechtenstein, Livigno (IT), Macedonia, Melilla (E), Moldova (Republic), Montenegro (Republic), Norway, Russian Federation, San Marino, Serbia (Republic), Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican City, Belarus, Cyprus/Republic (northern part)
Zone 3 (World):
Egypt, Algeria, Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Yemen, Jordan, Canada, Qatar, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, USA, United Arab Emirates
Zone 4 (Rest of the world):
All countries and territories that are not assigned to Zones 1, 2 or 3.
Please note: We generally deliver worldwide. However, due to different national regulations, it may not be permitted to sell a particular product in a specific country (e.g. taurine in Japan).
From an order value of €500, we deliver shipments to foreign countries free of cost.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 5 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
